Here are a few comments from our customers about their “Live Confidently” experience… We can’t stress how important this is to us and hopefully to you.
#Shoot point blank west how to
If you’re going to own a firearm, be responsible and take full ownership of how to fire, clean and store it. Whether it’s through our classrooms, on our range or what they purchased, they should feel more comfortable, responsible and confident with how they handle their firearm. It is our goal to make sure every Shoot Point Blank customer feels more confident about their firearm knowledge and handling when they leave our stores. The underlying common theme is that everyone participates in order to live more confidently. We have found that our customers purchase firearms, shoot on our ranges, and attend our classes for a number of reasons including protection, recreation, competition, stress relief etc. “TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE FIREARM OWNERSHIP AND USAGE THROUGH AN ENGAGED, HONEST, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TEAM EFFORT” LIVE CONFIDENTLY Our attitude is different than the rest of the industry and it shows.

Providing industry leading customer service to you.It is our goal to make your experience a great one – whether purchasing, shooting or taking a class. Our goal is to continue promoting responsible firearm ownership and usage with everyone who walks through our collective doors. Our competitive advantage is our people and we remain focused on providing the basics: firearms, ammo, range, and classes. Hundreds of thousands of people have visited our stores and used our ranges and classrooms. Since then additional stores have been opened in different cities and all have been received with welcome customer arms. The first Point Blank Range & GunShop opened Novemand was a huge success. Realizing the potential of the market, the concept took shape to open an indoor range and retail venue that was customer friendly, organized, well stocked and clean! Retail 101. Purchasing a gun should be fun and the salesperson should be helpful instead of acting as if they are doing you a favor!! The experiences left him wondering why purchasing a gun or shooting at an indoor range had to be so different (and so bad) compared to other retail shopping experiences.

Shoot Point Blank was started as a result of a bad customer service at two local firearm stores experienced by the founder, Tom Willingham, on February 18, 2012.
